Role Overview
We are hiring a Principal Fintech Product Strategist to shape and deliver digital-first financial products for Qatar’s expanding fintech sector. This position requires strong product vision, international experience, and technical fluency to design solutions that meet global standards while serving local market needs.
Key Responsibilities

Develop product roadmaps for mobile-first banking, AI-driven wealth management, and SME finance platforms.

Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, regulatory approval, to launch and scale-up.

Ensure seamless integration with core banking and payment infrastructures.

Conduct competitive benchmarking to align Qatari fintech solutions with global innovation leaders.

Lead remote product, design, and engineering teams to deliver market-ready solutions.
Qualifications

8+ years in fintech product management or product strategy.

Expertise in cloud-native fintech, embedded finance, and API-first product ecosystems.

Strong familiarity with GCC and international regulatory frameworks.

MBA, MSc, or equivalent in Business, Finance, or Technology preferred.
