An internationally expanding financial technology organization is inviting an accomplished executive to become its Chief Financial Technology Ecosystem Officer, a pivotal leadership position responsible for designing the next generation of interconnected financial services across the Gulf region.

As a member of the executive leadership team, you will influence corporate strategy while leading multidisciplinary teams of technology architects, financial analysts, product executives, cybersecurity specialists, and commercial innovators.

Executive Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of executive leadership in financial technology or digital banking.
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, API ecosystems, digital payments, Open Banking, AI, and large-scale transformation.
- Proven experience managing multinational teams and enterprise technology portfolios.
- Exceptional strategic communication, negotiation, and executive decision-making skills.
