Role Summary

This role centers on architecting Oman’s future digital asset infrastructure—an enterprise-grade, multi-network system capable of supporting tokenization frameworks, cross-chain settlement, programmable asset logic, and cryptographically secured transaction governance. The Senior Lead will design next-generation digital asset systems that operate across multiple ledgers, enable real-time asset mobility, and support compliant cross-border digital finance.

The candidate must possess deep knowledge of cryptographic identity protocols, cross-chain consensus mechanisms, token lifecycle management, and institutional-grade digital custody frameworks.

Core Responsibilities

• Design multi-ledger, cross-chain digital asset infrastructure supporting token minting, verification, transfer, and settlement.

• Build tokenization ecosystems for programmable assets, institutional instruments, hybrid digital portfolios, and regulated financial products.

• Architect cryptographic assurance systems using zero-knowledge proofs, threshold signatures, hardware-backed keys, and tamper-resistant verification layers.

• Engineer automated governance and smart contract frameworks with secure logic validation, auditability, and role-based access controls.

• Develop cross-border asset transfer protocols providing high-speed, high-integrity, multi-jurisdiction token mobility.

• Implement advanced risk intelligence models for digital asset monitoring, fraud mapping, transaction authenticity scoring, and multi-party validation.

• Align all system designs with Oman’s strategic innovation objectives and global standards for digital asset regulation.

Expertise Required

• 12+ years in blockchain architecture, digital asset engineering, or fintech systems design.

• Deep knowledge of interoperability protocols, cryptographic systems, and distributed ledger engineering.

• Strong experience designing institutional-scale tokenization frameworks and cross-chain settlement infrastructures.

• Ability to produce secure, compliant, resilient digital asset ecosystems for multi-regional financial environments.
