Role Summary
This position leads the creation of UAE-focused digital banking intelligence systems designed to automate, personalize, and enhance the entire customer financial lifecycle. The Senior Head oversees intelligent onboarding frameworks, AI-enabled customer service layers, predictive engagement engines, and adaptive decision systems that dynamically respond to behavioural patterns, risk signatures, and transaction needs. The objective is to architect a new generation of autonomous, human-centric digital banking experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Design digital-banking intelligence layers integrating behavioural analytics, adaptive decision engines, and proactive financial recommendation systems.

Build scalable cognitive automation frameworks that streamline onboarding, identity validation, customer support, and service fulfillment.

Architect multi-channel digital experiences optimized for mobile-first banking, embedded finance, and omni-platform service delivery.

Develop real-time customer lifecycle intelligence models feeding personalized insights, risk-adjusted engagement, and high-value financial interactions.

Implement secure data-governance models ensuring privacy, identity control, policy enforcement, and insight transparency.

Coordinate with UAE financial stakeholders to ensure platform alignment with national digital-banking modernization objectives.

Lead experimentation cycles involving A/B testing, user analytics, service optimization, and high-frequency performance refinement.
Requirements

10+ years in digital banking architecture, user-intelligence engineering, or advanced customer-experience systems.

Expertise in AI-driven automation, behavioural analytics, identity orchestration, and digital service engineering.

Strong understanding of UAE banking regulations, digital transformation strategies, and customer-protection frameworks.

Graduate or postgraduate degree in Digital Banking, Computer Science, Human-Centered Computing, or related fields.
