Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Fintech Product Strategy Manager to develop and scale advanced financial products in Saudi Arabia. The role combines strategic planning, regulatory insight, and technical expertise to deliver AI-driven, user-focused fintech solutions. The candidate will define product roadmaps, oversee execution, and drive adoption across digital payments, wealth management, and banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of fintech products, from ideation to market launch.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product innovation.

Integrate AI, blockchain, and analytics to optimize functionality and user experience.

Define KPIs, monitor performance, and evaluate ROI for product initiatives.

Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory frameworks and digital payment standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and compliance.

Identify strategic partnerships to enhance product capabilities and market reach.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Technology, Business Strategy, or related field.

7–12 years of experience in fintech product strategy or digital banking platforms.

Expertise in AI-enabled financial solutions, blockchain, and digital payment technologies.

Demonstrated ability to launch and scale fintech products in regulated environments.

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
