Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Fintech Product & Strategy Lead to spearhead strategic planning, product development, and market deployment of innovative financial solutions across Saudi Arabia. This role bridges market insights, regulatory compliance, and technology-driven product design to deliver scalable, AI-powered fintech services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies, aligning with evolving GCC financial ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for digital payments, wealth management, and financial platforms.

Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to inform product innovation and differentiation.

Integrate AI/ML, blockchain, and real-time analytics into product design to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with engineering, UX, and compliance teams to ensure seamless deployment and regulatory adherence.

Develop KPIs and metrics to measure product performance, adoption, and financial outcomes.

Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, and fintech innovators.

Continuously monitor Saudi and GCC regulatory frameworks, emerging technologies, and fintech market trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Technology, Business Strategy, or related field.

7–12 years of experience in fintech product strategy, digital banking, or payment platforms.

Proven record in launching and scaling fintech products in highly regulated markets.

Deep understanding of blockchain, AI-driven banking solutions, and digital payment technologies.

Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
