Position Overview

A highly specialised architectural and infrastructural role focused on designing Kuwait-aligned digital wealth management environments powered by adaptive AI, high-performance cloud frameworks, and institutional-grade financial intelligence engines. The position requires deep competency in cloud-native financial systems, portfolio automation, high-resilience trading architectures, and advanced wealth intelligence ecosystems.

Major Responsibilities

• Architect cloud-native digital wealth platforms built on distributed compute environments, ensuring ultra-low latency, robust data governance, and resilient financial operations.

• Develop AI-driven asset-allocation engines capable of real-time optimisation, risk rebalancing, and multi-scenario predictive modelling aligned with global wealth standards.

• Implement Kuwait-specific supervisory alignment across wealth platforms, ensuring transparent risk distribution, data locality integrity, and investor protection frameworks.

• Integrate advanced market-intelligence pipelines that consolidate macroeconomic, micro-structural, and alternative-data signals into highly actionable portfolio insights.

• Establish multi-layered security patterns, including zero-trust cloud governance, end-to-end encryption, and AML-aligned wealth-transaction monitoring.

• Lead cross-border engineering teams operating within remote, globally distributed fintech development environments.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in cloud financial systems engineering, digital wealth platforms, institutional trading systems, or AI-driven financial intelligence.

• Strong understanding of Kuwait’s regulatory landscape and GCC wealth-market structures.

• Technical expertise in distributed cloud infrastructure, AI/ML modelling for wealth intelligence, and enterprise-grade data architecture.

• Deep experience with high-availability systems, container orchestration, and financial compute optimisation.
