A high-level remote governance role responsible for designing Oman-aligned supervisory analytics systems, regulatory machine intelligence frameworks, and automated fintech oversight structures. The role integrates advanced regtech solutions, machine-readable regulation design, and multi-source regulatory data fusion.
Key Responsibilities

Architect machine-intelligence-driven supervisory engines that map, interpret, and forecast regulatory obligations across Oman’s growing fintech ecosystem.

Develop large-scale regulatory analytics pipelines incorporating structured/unstructured data, emerging global regulations, and risk-sensitive supervisory indicators.

Build automated compliance engines capable of converting regulatory text into executable rule logic using NLP, knowledge graphs, and ML-based interpretation.

Produce supervisory dashboards integrating behavioural risk signals, market stress factors, and ecosystem-wide compliance readiness metrics.

Ensure interoperability with international financial oversight entities while maintaining Oman-specific governance integrity.
Experience Needed

10–15 years in regtech development, supervisory analytics, compliance-engineering, or large-scale regulatory modelling.

Expertise in ML-driven regulatory interpretation, risk analytics, and automated compliance environments.

Strong understanding of Oman’s regulatory direction and wider GCC supervisory structures.
