Role Overview

The Senior Director of RegTech, Cybersecurity & Compliance Automation will define the next generation of compliance infrastructures, balancing national financial integrity with global interoperability.

The role is designed for a strategist who can integrate AI, blockchain-based RegTech platforms, and advanced identity verification technologies into Saudi Arabia’s financial architecture, securing its emergence as a trusted global hub for fintech governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect AI-powered RegTech systems that automate AML, KYC, and financial surveillance in real time.

• Establish digital identity and authentication frameworks aligned with GCC-wide harmonization.

• Oversee cybersecurity resilience across fintech firms, digital banks, and sovereign digital asset projects.

• Partner with SAMA, CMA, and international regulatory authorities to co-develop cross-border compliance models.

• Deploy predictive risk intelligence systems to detect systemic vulnerabilities.

• Publish global thought leadership on fintech governance and risk resilience.

Candidate Profile

• 12–15 years of leadership in compliance innovation, RegTech development, or financial risk governance.

• Technical depth in cybersecurity, AI-driven compliance, and blockchain identity frameworks.

• Familiarity with Saudi financial policy frameworks and international governance standards.

• Advanced qualifications in Law, Risk Engineering, or Computational Finance.

• Professional certifications (FRM, CAMS, CISSP) strongly desirable.
