Role Overview
The Senior Director of Digital Wealth Platforms & Portfolio Intelligence will lead Oman-aligned WealthTech engineering, covering algorithmic advisory systems, cross-market portfolio orchestration, and multi-asset intelligence layers. The role requires exceptional fluency in capital markets, digital wealth automation, macroeconomic modeling, and predictive portfolio rebalancing. The ideal candidate will define long-term institutional WealthTech strategies supporting Oman’s digital financial sector evolution.
Key Responsibilities

Architect next-generation digital wealth platforms integrating algorithmic guidance, behavioral analytics, and multi-jurisdictional asset intelligence.

Develop portfolio orchestration models connecting GCC, US, EU, and Asian financial markets through unified risk and performance engines.

Build AI-powered portfolio forecasting systems, combining asset correlations, market volatility signals, and macroeconomic trend analysis.

Lead construction of institution-grade analytics pipelines for high-net-worth, retail, and institutional digital investment operations.

Ensure regulatory alignment with Omani financial governance and international investment standards.

Define long-term platform evolution strategies, data governance frameworks, and operational intelligence structures.
Required Qualifications

10+ years in WealthTech engineering, portfolio analytics, or digital investment operations.

Expertise in multi-asset strategies, risk intelligence, quant modeling, and cloud-native analytics infrastructures.

Strong understanding of GCC investment regulations and cross-border wealth governance.

Demonstrated leadership in large-scale WealthTech or investment analytics programs.
Preferred Competencies
