This highly technical remote role focuses on constructing advanced digital wealth-management platforms tailored for Qatar’s rapidly expanding fintech ecosystem. It emphasizes the creation of multi-asset robo-advisory engines, AI-driven portfolio optimization algorithms, and long-horizon wealth insights built around dynamic risk-profiling and behavioral-finance intelligence.
Core Responsibilities

Develop institution-grade digital wealth orchestration engines, enabling automated portfolio balancing, risk-tier migration, and scenario-stress simulations.

Design end-to-end wealth-management modules integrating quantitative modeling, alternative asset tokenization, and multi-factor AI decision frameworks.

Implement high-precision analytics pipelines for asset-allocation intelligence, long-term goal forecasting, and predictive risk scoring.

Define governance standards for investment suitability, algorithm transparency, and cross-channel digital investor communication.

Establish connectivity between wealth platforms and regional capital-market infrastructures, custodians, and regulatory reporting systems.

Craft multi-layered data-integrity frameworks ensuring accuracy, explainability, and auditability of all algorithmic decisions.
Required Expertise

8–12 years in digital wealth solutions, quantitative finance, or fintech product architecture.

Mastery of quant models, algorithmic portfolio structuring, AI-driven financial predictions, and long-term wealth simulation engines.

Strong understanding of GCC capital-market dynamics, Qatar-focused digital-finance strategies, and emerging fintech regulatory landscapes.
