Role Overview
The Remote Senior Digital Banking Systems Integration Analyst will support UAE financial institutions by delivering structured analysis, architecture mapping, and integration planning for modern digital banking ecosystems. The role emphasises aligned system behaviour, data-exchange compliance, interface standardisation, and performance optimisation across cloud and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct structured analysis of existing digital banking infrastructure, identifying integration gaps, workflow inefficiencies, and platform scalability constraints.

Develop integration frameworks covering API connectivity, data synchronisation, authentication mechanisms, and regulatory control requirements under UAE digital-banking guidelines.

Produce detailed technical artefacts including interface specifications, integration maps, performance baselines, and environment dependency matrices.

Support digital-channel transformation initiatives by analysing transactional workflows, digital-onboarding journeys, authentication logic, and operational resilience patterns.

Collaborate with engineering, compliance, product and risk teams to ensure all integrations meet regulatory, security and performance benchmarks.

Implement structured test plans for validating interoperability, data-flow consistency, and system readiness across multi-layered environments.
Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Finance Technology or related fields.

7–10 years experience in digital banking technology, system integration, or API governance.

Strong understanding of cloud-native financial platforms, microservices, middleware, and identity-management frameworks.

Working knowledge of UAE fintech regulations, digital identity initiatives, and open-finance developments.
