Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Fintech Product Strategy Manager to design, execute, and scale advanced financial products in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, regulatory insight, and technical expertise to deliver AI-driven, user-focused fintech solutions. The candidate will define product roadmaps, guide development teams, and drive adoption of innovative payment, wealth, and digital banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of fintech products, from ideation to market launch.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product innovation.

Integrate AI, blockchain, and analytics to optimize functionality and user experience.

Define KPIs, monitor performance, and evaluate ROI for product initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Technology, Business Strategy, or related field.

7–12 years of experience in fintech product strategy or digital banking platforms.

Expertise in AI-enabled financial solutions, blockchain, and digital payment technologies.

Proven track record in launching and scaling fintech products in regulated environments.

Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
