Position Summary
The UAE’s fintech domain continues to pioneer embedded finance, tokenized assets, and platform-based digital ecosystems. This role calls for a forward-thinking architect who can conceptualize and execute large-scale strategic frameworks integrating digital identity, blockchain governance, and AI-powered customer intelligence into the UAE’s growing fintech infrastructure.
The Chief Strategy Architect will serve as the central node between innovation, compliance, and economic scalability—designing frameworks that harmonize distributed financial ecosystems with long-term digital economy objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Formulate multi-tiered fintech strategy roadmaps aligning with UAE’s financial innovation agenda and international best practices.

Orchestrate partnerships across digital banks, DeFi platforms, and institutional investors to facilitate tokenized financing instruments.

Lead architectural blueprints for AI-governed risk management, real-time regulatory compliance, and algorithmic credit assessment models.

Promote the integration of sustainability-linked fintech products—such as green financing mechanisms and ESG data analytics tools.

Align strategic governance with global fintech standards (FATF, BIS, and IOSCO) ensuring systemic integrity and resilience.
