Role Overview
This role is designed for a fintech specialist with deep expertise in regulatory technology (RegTech), compliance system architecture, and governance-driven financial platforms. Operating remotely and aligned with Saudi Arabia’s rapidly advancing fintech landscape, the position focuses on the systemic design of compliance-embedded financial infrastructures rather than manual or reactive controls.
The role requires an individual who can conceptualize compliance as a programmable, auditable, and scalable system component, integrated directly into fintech platforms at architectural level.
Strategic Scope & Responsibilities

Design end-to-end RegTech system architectures covering transaction monitoring, reporting automation, and governance workflows.

Embed compliance logic into fintech platforms using rule-based engines, workflow orchestration, and data lineage frameworks.

Define architectural patterns for auditability, traceability, and regulatory reporting readiness.

Translate evolving regulatory expectations into technical system requirements and control mechanisms.

Establish long-term compliance technology roadmaps aligned with platform growth and operational scale.

Serve as a strategic advisor on governance-driven system design for senior financial stakeholders.
Advanced Requirements

12+ years of experience in fintech compliance systems, regulatory technology, or financial governance architecture.

Strong technical understanding of financial data models, transaction monitoring systems, and compliance automation platforms.

Proven ability to design scalable, low-friction compliance architectures that operate seamlessly within fintech environments.

Experience operating independently within fully remote, high-accountability roles.

Exceptional documentation, analytical reasoning, and executive-level communication skills.
Salary & Compensation Structure (Indicative – Saudi Arabia Aligned, Remote)

Base Annual Compensation: SAR 500,000 – SAR 760,000

Governance & Compliance Performance Bonus: 25% – 35% of base

Regulatory Systems Research Allowance: SAR 40,000 – SAR 70,000 annually

Total Potential Annual Package: SAR 680,000 – SAR 1,050,000
