Role Summary

Major Responsibilities

Design and implement secure, scalable digital asset market infrastructure for institutional trading and settlement.

Develop smart-contract-based atomic settlement engines and liquidity management systems.

Build compliance automation frameworks integrating AML/KYC processes, audit trails, and regulatory reporting.

Ensure high availability, fault-tolerant architecture for cross-border digital asset operations.

Lead distributed teams of blockchain engineers, software architects, and compliance specialists.
Experience Requirements

10–14 years in blockchain engineering, institutional digital asset platforms, or high-performance trading systems.
