Role Overview

This remote role focuses on designing and leading the architecture of Qatar’s next-generation digital wealth management platforms. It emphasizes algorithmic portfolio management, AI-driven investment strategies, risk profiling, and compliance-aligned wealth solutions for both retail and institutional investors. The candidate will combine technical leadership with strategic planning to create highly scalable, intelligent, and secure digital investment ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect robo-advisory platforms and digital wealth engines integrating multi-asset portfolio management, predictive modeling, and automated rebalancing.

• Develop AI-based investment and risk algorithms to provide real-time insights, scenario simulations, and personalized investment recommendations.

• Ensure regulatory compliance through governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and transparent audit trails across all digital wealth activities.

• Build secure, scalable, cloud-native infrastructures capable of handling high-volume transaction processing, data encryption, and multi-tenant access controls.

• Collaborate with custodians, regulators, and financial institutions to ensure seamless integration of digital wealth services into Qatar’s financial ecosystem.

• Document architecture, governance models, system specifications, and operational procedures to support strategic decision-making.

Required Expertise

• 8–12 years in digital wealth, robo-advisory platforms, or algorithmic trading systems.

• Proficiency in AI-driven portfolio optimization, multi-asset risk modeling, and financial data analytics.

• Deep understanding of Qatar’s fintech ecosystem, regulatory compliance requirements, and digital investment market trends.

• Proven experience in designing scalable, secure, and resilient digital wealth systems.
