Position Synopsis
A high-complexity, remote-first architectural role responsible for defining Kuwait-aligned digital-lending infrastructures enhanced by AI-based supervisory intelligence, multi-dimensional credit scoring engines, embedded-finance orchestration, and institutional-grade risk frameworks.
Key Responsibilities

Develop Kuwait-aligned digital-lending platforms featuring adaptive credit engines, contextual credit modelling, and real-time risk-weighting algorithms.

Engineer intelligent orchestration layers enabling seamless synergy between identity systems, payment rails, regulatory interfaces, and loan-lifecycle automation.

Build structural governance systems ensuring transparent credit distribution, system-level fairness, and multi-jurisdictional compliance alignment.

Create high-integrity automation pipelines integrating borrower behaviour analytics, loan-performance prediction models, and early-warning supervisory triggers.

Produce international-standard documentation on digital-lending risks, operational dependencies, and long-term credit-ecosystem evolution.
Experience Requirements

10–14+ years in digital lending, risk analytics, credit-technology development, or advanced fintech systems engineering.

Deep familiarity with GCC credit frameworks, Kuwait regulatory systems, and global lending technology design.

Strong proficiency in machine learning, decision-science architectures, and credit orchestration engines.
