Role Summary
A senior remote role overseeing the design of Omani institutional digital asset infrastructure, including tokenised asset exchanges, custody frameworks, atomic settlement logic, and automated regulatory compliance engines. The position requires deep expertise in blockchain, DLT, and high-performance financial systems.
Major Responsibilities

Design and implement secure digital asset market infrastructures supporting institutional trading, settlement, and custody operations.

Develop smart-contract-based atomic settlement and liquidity-routing engines.

Create automated compliance pipelines integrating AML/KYC workflows, audit trails, and regulatory reporting.

Establish high-availability, fault-tolerant systems capable of supporting cross-border digital asset transactions.

Lead and mentor distributed teams of blockchain engineers, software architects, and compliance specialists.
Experience Requirements

10–14 years in digital asset architecture, institutional exchange systems, blockchain engineering, or DLT-based financial infrastructure.

Expertise in high-performance trading systems, cryptographic custody solutions, and regulatory automation.

Understanding of Oman’s fintech strategy, GCC digital-asset regulations, and global institutional standards.
