Core Responsibilities

Architect real-time, multi-rail payments systems capable of supporting domestic commerce and international trade corridors.

Integrate financial intelligence layers, enabling predictive analytics, fraud detection, and compliance automation.

Lead the design of AI-powered transaction monitoring ecosystems, enhancing transparency and resilience in Oman’s fintech landscape.

Collaborate with regulators, telecom operators, and regional financial institutions to drive interoperability across platforms.

Champion embedded finance adoption, enabling banking-as-a-service within retail, logistics, and e-commerce ecosystems.

Position Oman as a regional fintech thought leader, contributing to global policy dialogues and cross-border innovation forums.
Candidate Profile

Deep technical expertise in payments infrastructure, financial intelligence, and AI-enabled risk management.

Track record of deploying scalable payment systems across multi-jurisdictional environments.

Strong understanding of cross-border trade finance and GCC regulatory harmonization.

At least 12 years of experience in digital payments, fintech architecture, or transaction monitoring.

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Systems Engineering, with global credentials in fintech leadership.
