Role Overview
The Remote Lead Fintech Compliance & Regulatory Technology Architect will design and implement advanced RegTech systems to support UAE’s evolving digital financial ecosystem. The role emphasizes automation of compliance workflows, real-time risk analytics, digital identity verification, and secure reporting structures for regulators and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop AI-powered compliance platforms capable of real-time monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated regulatory reporting.

Design governance frameworks for digital finance products including payments, digital banking, and wealth platforms, ensuring full regulatory adherence.

Implement automated data pipelines integrating reporting, validation, audit-ready logs, and cross-platform data reconciliation.

Lead architecture of secure, high-availability infrastructure supporting digital identity verification, AML/KYC processes, and operational resilience.

Collaborate with regulators, fintech operators, and internal teams to translate policy requirements into executable technical solutions.

Produce detailed technical documentation, compliance frameworks, and system architecture blueprints for executive and regulatory stakeholders.
Required Expertise

10+ years in fintech compliance systems, regulatory technology, or digital governance architecture.

Expertise in AI-driven monitoring, risk analytics, automated reporting, and digital identity frameworks.

Knowledge of UAE fintech regulations, supervisory technology requirements, and digital finance modernization initiatives.
