Role Overview
This role is designed for a regulatory-technology expert responsible for engineering advanced compliance-intelligence systems supporting Saudi Arabia’s rapidly maturing digital-finance architecture. The position focuses on designing fully automated governance engines, regulatory-alignment frameworks, and AI-powered surveillance models for digital transactions and financial-service ecosystems.
Core Responsibilities

Engineer AI-first RegTech systems capable of dynamic rule interpretation, real-time compliance scoring, and automated remedial workflows.

Build high-granularity behavioral-monitoring models detecting anomalous patterns in digital payments, wealth transactions, and embedded-finance channels.

Create structured compliance governance templates supporting licensing frameworks, operational resilience, consumer-protection audit trails, and digital-identity verification flows.

Construct supervisory-reporting layers integrating risk-weighted metrics, algorithmic transparency dashboards, and cross-platform data-consistency checks.

Lead the end-to-end design of compliance-automation pipelines linking financial institutions, digital service providers, and oversight bodies.

Orchestrate incident-management and regulatory-change-management frameworks aligned with KSA’s evolving digital-financial policy ecosystem.
Required Expertise

10+ years in fintech compliance technology, advanced governance systems, or regulatory operations engineering.

Deep knowledge of RegTech architectures, AI-driven surveillance models, digital-identity protocols, and compliance analytics.

Strong understanding of the GCC and Saudi Arabian digital-finance regulatory environment.

Proven ability to implement scalable, auditable, end-to-end compliance systems in complex financial ecosystems.
