Role Overview
The Remote Lead Blockchain & Digital Asset Infrastructure Strategist will architect Qatar-aligned, institution-grade blockchain frameworks for asset tokenization, secure digital asset custody, privacy-layered smart contract execution, and cross-network interoperability. This role requires deep fluency in distributed ledger engineering, hybrid on-chain/off-chain infrastructure, regulatory-aware token lifecycle governance, and advanced cryptographic assurance models.
Key Responsibilities

Develop enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure supporting institutional tokenization of financial instruments, digital securities, and programmable settlement assets.

Engineer L1/L2 hybrid models integrating rollup architectures, ZK-proof-based privacy frameworks, and multi-network trust-minimized interoperability.

Create formal smart-contract governance systems with rigorous auditability, deterministic execution guarantees, and quantitative security validation models.

Lead cryptography-driven security advancements including MPC-based custody, threshold signature schemes, and confidential computing.

Integrate blockchain workflows with financial data oracles, off-chain compute networks, and token-based settlement engines.

Guide alignment of digital asset infrastructure with Qatar’s evolving financial regulatory direction, data-sovereignty priorities, and risk-classification models.

Oversee testing frameworks for high-assurance blockchain deployments, stress-testing, and adversarial environment simulation.
Requirements

7–10+ years in blockchain engineering, digital asset architecture, or distributed finance innovation.

Deep knowledge of EVM-based chains, ZK-proof systems, rollups, consensus algorithms, and DeFi protocols.

Expertise in cryptographic engineering, MPC custody, tokenomics, and smart-contract audit methodologies.

Strong familiarity with GCC-level digital asset regulatory landscapes, particularly Qatar.

Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Applied Cryptography, or Financial Technology.
