Role Overview
The Remote Lead Blockchain & Digital Asset Infrastructure Analyst will drive the design and governance of blockchain-enabled financial infrastructures relevant to Saudi Arabia’s national modernisation program. The position focuses on evaluating, architecting, and operationalising secure, scalable, and high-throughput blockchain ecosystems for institutional use cases.
Core Responsibilities

Conduct systematic evaluations of blockchain protocols suitable for payment settlement, digital identity, asset tokenisation, and institutional liquidity platforms.

Produce enterprise-level architectural blueprints including consensus-layer analysis, smart-contract frameworks, token-lifecycle governance, and cross-chain interoperability patterns.

Lead environmental, performance, and risk assessments of distributed-ledger infrastructures across diverse operational scenarios.

Develop digital-asset governance models with emphasis on controls, custodial standards, cryptographic key management, and regulatory reporting alignment.

Evaluate long-term scalability through performance benchmarking, throughput modelling, and latency-reduction strategies.

Oversee the integration of blockchain nodes, validator orchestration, and cloud-native deployment pipelines.
Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Blockchain Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cryptography, or Computer Science.

8–12 years experience in DLT architecture, cryptographic systems, or digital-asset infrastructure engineering.

Deep knowledge of consensus mechanisms, smart-contract languages, security primitives, and tokenomics.

Familiarity with KSA regulatory dynamics, digital-economy strategies, and innovation-driven financial policies.

Experience with enterprise-level cloud environments, container orchestration, and zero-trust network principles.
