Role Overview

The Head of RegTech Digital Governance & Supervisory Automation will define and oversee Kuwait-aligned supervisory technology frameworks, automated oversight ecosystems, and AI-enabled compliance validation engines. The candidate will shape next-generation regulatory intelligence tools, predictive governance analytics, and cross-border compliance orchestration systems. This role requires advanced understanding of policy digitalization, machine-readable regulation, behavioral risk modeling, and complex financial system oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Kuwait-oriented regulatory automation ecosystems, enabling machine-readable regulatory policies, automated audit flows, and AI-driven compliance validation.

• Lead development of predictive governance analytics, including systemic risk modeling, behavioral pattern detection, and supervisory event forecasting.

• Build multi-jurisdiction regulatory interoperability interfaces supporting secure data exchange and unified compliance monitoring.

• Oversee deployment of real-time RegTech intelligence dashboards for enterprise oversight, regulatory response, and market-level risk tracking.

• Guide distributed engineering and data science teams delivering scalable supervisory technology aligned with Kuwait’s regulatory evolution.

• Produce national-scale policy digitization strategies and technology governance frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in RegTech architecture, financial regulation technology, or supervisory oversight engineering.

• Expertise in AI/ML-driven risk intelligence, regulatory modeling, and large-scale compliance automation.

• Strong understanding of Kuwaiti regulatory structures and GCC-wide compliance ecosystems.

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary, high-complexity RegTech initiatives.

Preferred Competencies

• Experience with regulatory NLP engines, machine-readable policy design, or supervisory technology platforms.
