Role Overview
This executive-level position leads end-to-end strategy, development, and governance of RegTech automation frameworks tailored for Kuwait’s financial regulatory environment. The Head of RegTech Compliance Engineering will design intelligent compliance orchestration layers, AI-augmented monitoring mechanisms, and data-driven rule engines to support the next phase of Kuwait’s digital finance regulatory modernization.
Key Responsibilities

Architect Kuwait-aligned RegTech systems with AI-driven rule engines, automated reporting workflows, and real-time compliance intelligence.

Oversee construction of multi-policy compliance interpreters capable of ingesting and translating evolving regulatory texts into executable logic.

Develop sector-wide regulatory data exchange frameworks enabling secure interoperability across Kuwaiti financial institutions.

Lead global remote teams building scalable, cloud-native regulatory infrastructure with advanced auditability and granular risk tracking.

Establish predictive regulatory analytics models to forecast compliance pressures, emerging risk vectors, and behavioral anomalies.

Produce high-level strategic reports aligning RegTech capabilities with Kuwait’s financial modernization initiatives.
Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in regulatory technology, compliance architecture, or financial policy engineering.

Mastery of AML/CFT automation, rule-based engines, risk analytics, and scalable governance frameworks.

Strong understanding of Kuwaiti regulatory structures and GCC regional compliance harmonization trends.

Proven ability to build enterprise-grade RegTech or compliance intelligence solutions.
Preferred Competencies

Experience with NLP-based regulatory interpretation, AI-driven rule synthesis, or automated supervisory reporting systems.
