This role exists to define what financial products should become, not merely how they are delivered. It is a senior product leadership position responsible for shaping digital financial experiences, aligning user needs, platform capabilities, and long-term market evolution.
The focus is on product clarity, strategic coherence, and platform longevity.
Strategic Mandate

Define and own long-term fintech product strategy across payments, accounts, and digital services

Translate complex financial capabilities into clear, scalable product propositions

Establish product principles that balance usability, trust, and regulatory awareness

Guide cross-functional teams toward coherent, outcome-driven delivery
Core Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of fintech products from concept to scale

Develop product roadmaps aligned with platform architecture and system capacity

Define success metrics across adoption, reliability, and customer trust

Ensure consistency across user experience, financial logic, and operational controls

Produce executive-level documentation and strategic briefs
Required Expertise

Strong background in fintech product management or digital financial platforms

Solid understanding of payments, digital accounts, and financial user journeys

Ability to work fluently between technical, commercial, and governance perspectives

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
