Role Overview

The Remote Head of Digital Wealth & Robo-Advisory Architecture will lead the strategic and technical design of Qatar-focused digital wealth platforms. This includes end-to-end system architecture for algorithmic advisory engines, multi-asset portfolio modelling, risk-profiling modules, and compliance-aligned digital investment onboarding.

Core Responsibilities

• Design next-generation robo-advisory algorithms tailored to Qatar’s investment behaviours, capital market dynamics, and client risk-tolerance frameworks.

• Oversee full digital wealth architecture, including portfolio optimisation engines, automated rebalancing workflows, and multi-factor risk-scoring models.

• Integrate machine-learning frameworks for predictive asset allocation, market monitoring, and personalised investment propositions.

• Lead architecture for KYC/AML-aligned digital wealth onboarding and regulatory documentation workflows, consistent with Qatari financial rulesets.

• Build scalable cloud-native platforms with enterprise-grade encryption, granular access control, and sovereign-data-compliant infrastructure patterns.

• Conduct macroeconomic, asset-class, and regional liquidity analyses to calibrate advisory recommendations and investment journeys.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, AI/ML, or Computer Science.

• 10+ years in wealth-tech architecture, investment analytics, or portfolio-engine engineering.

• Strong quantitative background in asset modelling, risk decomposition, and algorithmic trading logic.

• Advanced knowledge of API-driven orchestration, containerised deployment, and multi-cloud infrastructure.

• Familiarity with Qatar’s capital market regulatory landscape and digital transformation ecosystem.
