Role Context
This position leads the conceptualization, structuring, and evolution of digital wealth and investment fintech platforms, targeting sophisticated users across the GCC and international markets. The Head of Digital Wealth Platforms will shape product vision, platform architecture alignment, and long-term fintech product strategy.
The role is fully remote, with strategic market alignment to the UAE’s fintech and digital investment landscape.
Strategic Responsibilities

Define long-term product strategy for digital wealth platforms, including portfolio tools, investment dashboards, and automated financial insights.

Align product vision with platform architecture, data infrastructure, and regulatory boundaries.

Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, data, and compliance teams.

Oversee roadmap development for scalable, modular fintech products capable of cross-border deployment.

Ensure products are designed for institutional-grade reliability, user trust, and financial transparency.
Product & Market Expertise

Extensive experience in fintech product leadership, particularly in wealth management, digital investments, or financial platforms.

Strong understanding of user-centric financial product design combined with backend platform realities.

Ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution without dependency on constant operational oversight.

Experience managing product lifecycles in regulated financial environments.
