Role Overview:
We are seeking an exceptionally experienced Head of Digital Finance Solutions to drive the conceptualization, strategy, and execution of next-generation financial platforms across the UAE and GCC region. This leadership role requires mastery of fintech innovation, digital banking ecosystems, cloud-native architecture, and AI-enabled financial services. The incumbent will lead transformative initiatives aimed at redefining customer-centric banking and digital wealth management experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable digital banking solutions with robust architecture and high operational resilience.

Lead AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling initiatives to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Oversee integration of open banking APIs and fintech partnerships to extend platform capabilities.

Guide cloud-native, microservices-based deployment strategies ensuring security, compliance, and scalability.

Define and monitor KPIs to track digital platform performance and innovation impact.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, compliance, UX, and operations to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Monitor fintech trends and regulatory updates across the GCC to ensure market relevance and compliance.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or related discipline.

10+ years in digital finance, fintech platforms, or strategic digital banking leadership.

Expertise in cloud computing, AI/ML applications, blockchain, and API ecosystems.

Deep knowledge of UAE Central Bank and GCC fintech regulatory frameworks.

Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale fintech projects.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
