Role Context
This role leads the strategic conception, structuring, and expansion of fintech platforms designed for international markets. The Global Head of Fintech Product Strategy is responsible for defining how digital financial products are imagined, positioned, and scaled across diverse user bases and regulatory environments.
The role is fully remote, with strategic alignment to the UAE’s global fintech outlook and platform-driven innovation culture.
Strategic Responsibilities

Define long-term product and platform strategy for fintech solutions spanning payments, financial management tools, and digital financial services.

Translate market insights into cohesive product roadmaps grounded in technical feasibility.

Oversee platform-level thinking, ensuring products are modular, extensible, and scalable across borders.

Align user experience, backend architecture, and financial workflows into a unified product vision.

Establish success metrics tied to adoption, engagement, platform resilience, and long-term growth.

Serve as the strategic bridge between engineering, design, data, and financial governance functions.
Product & Platform Expertise

Extensive experience in fintech product leadership at a platform level.

Strong understanding of how regulated financial products are built, launched, and scaled.

Ability to communicate product strategy at both executive and technical levels.

Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where platforms evolve continuously.
