About the Role:
We are seeking an innovative Fintech Product Strategist to lead the conceptualization, roadmap, and execution of advanced financial products across Saudi Arabia’s digital ecosystem. This role involves translating market insights, regulatory requirements, and technological trends into scalable, high-impact fintech solutions. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, financial acumen, and deep technical understanding to accelerate growth and adoption in the region.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of fintech products, from ideation to market launch.

Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor benchmarking, and user experience analysis.

Integrate AI-driven decision-making and predictive analytics to enhance product performance and customer personalization.

Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and UX teams to ensure seamless deployment and user adoption.

Define and monitor key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

Stay abreast of regulatory frameworks, digital payment standards, and emerging technologies in the Saudi market.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.

6–10 years of experience in fintech product strategy, digital banking, or payments platforms.

Strong understanding of digital wallets, blockchain applications, and AI-enabled financial solutions.

Proven track record of launching and scaling fintech products in highly regulated markets.

Analytical mindset with excellent data-driven decision-making skills.
