Position Overview
This executive role is responsible for designing Kuwait’s institutional-grade digital asset architecture—encompassing secure tokenization models, programmable financial instruments, multi-ledger interoperability, and high-trust digital custody frameworks. The Executive Lead will oversee the creation of secure cross-border digital asset exchange corridors, cryptographic assurance layers, and lifecycle governance standards that support next-generation financial instruments and digitally native asset ecosystems.
The role demands exceptional domain depth in distributed ledger engineering, advanced cryptography, regulatory asset governance, transaction integrity verification, and hybrid financial settlement infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities

Architect digital asset platforms supporting token issuance, lifecycle governance, secure custody, and cross-chain transaction verification.

Design blockchain interoperability frameworks enabling multi-network settlement, asset bridging, and unified digital asset routing.

Implement smart-contract governance ecosystems with deterministic logic auditing, role-based control, and risk-scoped automation.

Develop cryptographic systems incorporating zero-knowledge proofs, threshold signatures, multiparty key custody, and tamper-proof verification.

Build institutional-scale risk intelligence engines for digital asset behavior monitoring, fraud mapping, and multi-party validation.

Establish cross-border digital asset infrastructure supporting compliant settlement, programmable assets, and advanced liquidity models.
Required Expertise

12+ years in blockchain systems engineering, digital asset infrastructure, or fintech innovation architecture.

Deep command of DLT interoperability frameworks, cryptographic assurance models, and token lifecycle governance.

Strong experience integrating digital asset systems with traditional financial rails and multi-jurisdictional settlement environments.
