Role Overview

A senior remote leadership position responsible for designing and governing Saudi-aligned next-generation intelligent payment networks. This role oversees multi-rail transaction orchestration, real-time settlement optimization, and AI-driven liquidity management while ensuring alignment with GCC regulations and global financial standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect high-velocity payment infrastructures integrating instant settlement, predictive routing, and cross-border interoperability.

• Deploy AI and machine-learning models to forecast liquidity stress, optimize routing, and detect transactional anomalies.

• Develop governance frameworks that ensure operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and robust risk management.

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams for deployment, monitoring, and optimization of payment ecosystems.

• Ensure seamless integration with international payment rails, global clearing houses, and regional fintech networks.

Required Expertise

• 12+ years in digital payments, transaction architecture, or financial infrastructure engineering.

• Proficiency in AI-driven transaction modeling, ISO 20022 standards, and multi-rail payment systems.

• Knowledge of Saudi and GCC fintech regulations and global financial interoperability frameworks.
