Role Overview

The Executive Director of Fintech Infrastructure & Capital Markets Innovation will lead the design and execution of large-scale fintech ecosystems, ensuring Saudi Arabia establishes world-class digital capital markets.

This role requires not only technical sophistication but also strategic foresight, blending blockchain, AI, and capital markets innovation into a comprehensive architecture that connects Riyadh with international investment corridors.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect and implement national fintech infrastructure, enabling scalable digital capital markets and programmable finance.

• Oversee integration of tokenized asset ecosystems, AI-driven wealth platforms, and cross-border liquidity management.

• Partner with sovereign wealth institutions, regulators, and private financial hubs to define next-generation governance frameworks.

• Design global interoperability models for CBDCs, tokenized securities, and decentralized financial systems.

• Provide leadership in cybersecurity, compliance automation, and cross-market scalability.

• Represent Saudi Arabia in global fintech councils, investment forums, and regulatory innovation dialogues.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of executive-level fintech or financial markets leadership.

• Strong expertise in blockchain scalability, AI in finance, and capital markets digitization.

• Familiarity with SAMA and CMA regulatory frameworks.

• Proven track record of ecosystem-scale fintech implementation.

• Advanced qualifications in Finance, Engineering, or Computational Economics.
