This role seeks an Executive Director of Digital Payments & Tokenized Assets to lead and orchestrate transformation initiatives that merge institutional banking, sovereign capital, and advanced fintech technologies into one coherent, scalable framework.

This is not simply a leadership position but a mandate to re-engineer the financial architecture of one of the world’s most dynamic markets — encompassing CBDC integration, tokenized securities adoption, cross-border real-time settlement, and AI-powered wealth management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of tokenized capital market infrastructures across sovereign wealth funds, banking institutions, and global capital flows.

• Architect multi-rail digital payments ecosystems, ensuring global interoperability and instant settlement.

• Oversee AI-driven personalization in digital wealth platforms, from robo-advisory to predictive portfolio optimization.

• Drive open finance and embedded finance adoption, enabling cross-sector integrations across healthcare, logistics, energy, and retail.

• Influence policy harmonization across ADGM, DIFC, and global financial centers, ensuring the UAE’s regulatory competitiveness.

• Represent the UAE in global fintech summits, IMF forums, and BIS innovation groups.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years in fintech, capital markets, or digital payments leadership.

• Proven success in scaling blockchain ecosystems, digital asset platforms, or tokenization frameworks.

• Strong regulatory fluency with UAE frameworks (ADGM/DIFC) and international standards.

• Advanced qualifications in Finance, Engineering, or Computational Economics.

• Track record of executive leadership in multi-market fintech expansion.
