Role Overview

This executive-level remote position is responsible for establishing Saudi-aligned digital asset infrastructure frameworks that comply with international financial innovation standards while supporting the Kingdom’s strategic transformation initiatives. The role integrates global cryptographic protocols, multi-layer settlement networks, advanced digital-asset orchestration engines, and next-generation institutional custody logic.

Primary Responsibilities

• Architect robust digital-asset infrastructure blueprints incorporating zero-trust security patterns, distributed consensus models, and enterprise-grade digital-asset life-cycle management.

• Build Saudi-aligned interoperability frameworks enabling seamless connectivity across global digital-asset networks, cross-jurisdictional settlement systems, and high-integrity blockchain platforms.

• Lead global strategy on institutional custody innovation, tokenisation infrastructure expansion, and multi-asset resilience engineering for high-velocity value flows.

• Design risk-weighted systems for digital-asset integrity, liquidity management, systemic resilience, and real-time anomaly detection.

• Produce international-standard governance reports mapping technological, operational, and regulatory dependencies across digital-asset ecosystems.

• Manage multi-regional technical teams executing high-precision development and infrastructure enhancements.

Required Expertise

• 12+ years in blockchain engineering, digital-asset infrastructure, or institutional fintech architecture.

• Deep knowledge of GCC regulatory paradigms, global tokenisation standards, settlement-layer interoperability, and cryptographic security.

• Advanced experience with distributed systems, institutional digital custody, and large-scale cryptographic orchestration.
