Strategic Role Overview
This role governs the financial and digital architecture underpinning next-generation automotive and mobility ecosystems. The Executive Director of Automotive Fintech Platforms & Mobility Payments Architecture is responsible for designing and scaling embedded financial systems across connected vehicles, smart mobility platforms, fleet operations, and autonomous transport infrastructures.
The mandate is expansive and institutional in nature, focusing on vehicle-embedded payments, usage-based financial models, real-time transaction orchestration, and mobility-centric financial intelligence. The role ensures that automotive finance platforms operate with precision, regulatory readiness, and global interoperability.
Core Strategic Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end fintech platforms embedded within automotive and mobility ecosystems, including in-vehicle payments, subscription billing engines, and fleet-level financial controls.

Design secure, low-latency payment and settlement frameworks integrated with connected vehicle systems and mobility applications.

Lead the deployment of data-driven pricing, usage-based charging, and automated reconciliation models across mobility platforms.

Establish governance standards for transaction security, data integrity, and financial resilience within automotive fintech environments.

Oversee integration between vehicle data streams, financial analytics engines, and customer-facing financial services.

Represent automotive fintech strategy at senior regulatory, infrastructure, and cross-border collaboration levels.
Executive & Technical Profile

15+ years of experience across fintech platforms, automotive technology, mobility systems, or large-scale digital payments.

Deep expertise in embedded finance, real-time payments, platform architecture, and high-availability systems.

Strong understanding of automotive data ecosystems, IoT integration, and mobility-centric financial models.

Proven leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder digital transformation programs.

Advanced academic or professional credentials in finance, engineering, or systems architecture preferred.
Salary & Executive Compensation Structure (UAE)

Base Salary: AED 80,000 – 100,000 per month

Annual Strategic Performance Incentive: 30% – 45% of annual base
