Strategic Mandate

• Define the long-term digital payments strategy across domestic and cross-border corridors

• Establish architectural principles governing real-time payments, settlement logic, and transaction finality

• Shape interoperability models between banks, fintech platforms, payment processors, and external networks

• Translate regulatory expectations into embedded system-level controls

• Guide future-state decisions around scalability, resilience, and ecosystem expansion
