Role Overview

This executive-level role focuses on constructing Kuwait’s next-generation digital asset architecture—an ecosystem capable of supporting secure tokenization models, compliant asset lifecycle management, near-instant cross-border exchange, multi-ledger interoperability, and advanced digital custody frameworks. As Executive Director of Digital Asset Architecture, you will shape a complete institutional-grade asset innovation landscape that blends governance, robustness, technical elegance, and future scalability.

The role requires deep familiarity with blockchain-based financial systems, multi-layer settlement architectures, zero-knowledge verification techniques, cryptographic assurance models, smart-contract governance, and hybrid infrastructure designs that combine distributed ledger systems with traditional financial rails.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Kuwait-aligned digital asset infrastructure supporting tokenized financial instruments, high-trust custody, and regulatory lifecycle management.

• Architect multi-ledger interoperability models capable of bridging distributed systems, settlement networks, and real-world asset tokenization frameworks.

• Develop secure smart-contract governance architectures incorporating automated oversight, event-triggered auditing, and deterministic compliance layers.

• Build cross-border transaction protocols that enable high-speed settlement, liquidity analytics, secure asset transfer, and multi-jurisdictional verification.

• Implement advanced cryptographic systems—zero-knowledge proofs, threshold signatures, hardware-backed key management—to ensure institutional-grade protection.

• Define digital asset risk intelligence models integrating cyber-risk scoring, transaction verification, fraud pattern detection, and multi-party authentication.

• Establish tokenization frameworks that support diverse asset classes such as digital commodities, programmable financial instruments, digitized portfolios, and hybrid asset models.

Required Expertise

• 12+ years in digital asset infrastructure, blockchain fintech architecture, or cross-border payments innovation.

• Deep knowledge of distributed ledger systems, smart contract engineering, and cryptographic governance.

• Advanced experience integrating digital assets with traditional financial systems and cross-border settlement mechanisms.

• Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory oversight, and lifecycle governance for digital financial instruments.

• Ability to conceptualize, architect, and deliver large-scale digital asset ecosystems aligned with global standards.
