Role Overview

This remote leadership role targets an individual capable of defining and directing the UAE’s future-ready digital wealth architecture. The position focuses on integrating algorithmic portfolio engines, automated investor-profiling systems, real-time risk intelligence, and multi-asset digital investment frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead the design of sophisticated digital wealth ecosystems accommodating both retail and institutional investor paths while adhering to top-tier global standards for algorithmic governance, portfolio transparency, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Build institutional-grade digital wealth engines integrating algorithmic portfolio allocations, adaptive risk-tiering, and predictive market-behavior models.

• Develop multi-asset orchestration systems that support equities, fixed-income instruments, digitalized assets, alternative investments, and long-horizon structured portfolios.

• Establish automated investor-personalization workflows based on behavioral finance, scenario modeling, goal-projection analytics, and multi-factor risk simulations.

• Implement governance frameworks ensuring transparency and auditability of all algorithmic decisions, including explainable insights for investors.

• Create compliance-aligned reporting layers linking digital wealth tools to custodians, regulatory authorities, market infrastructure stakeholders, and real-time supervisory dashboards.

• Architect secure, cloud-native wealth data ecosystems built with high availability, strong data-protection controls, and advanced reconciliation logic.

Required Expertise

• 8–12 years in digital wealth management systems, quantitative finance, or fintech product architecture.

• Mastery of algorithmic portfolio optimization, risk simulation modeling, and wealth analytics.

• Strong understanding of UAE’s fintech landscape, digital investment expectations, and multi-jurisdiction governance standards.

• Deep experience with digital investment platforms, robo-advisory engines, and wealth-intelligence systems.
