Strategic Mandate & Institutional Context
This role is responsible for the design and governance of resilience within fintech systems—ensuring that digital financial platforms remain continuously available, fault-tolerant, and structurally stable under stress, scale, and disruption.
The Executive Custodian focuses on how fintech systems endure: how they degrade gracefully, recover intelligently, and maintain operational coherence during extreme conditions, rapid growth, or ecosystem shock.
Core Strategic Responsibilities

Architect resilience frameworks for fintech platforms and transaction systems

Define standards for fault tolerance, redundancy, and continuity planning

Govern disaster recovery and failover logic embedded within fintech architectures

Establish performance benchmarks for uptime, recovery time, and systemic endurance

Lead platform resilience testing and long-horizon continuity planning

Advise executive leadership on structural stability and platform durability
Executive Experience & Capability Profile

18+ years in fintech infrastructure, resilience engineering, or mission-critical platforms

Proven experience designing high-availability financial systems

Deep expertise in distributed architectures and fault-tolerant design

Strong understanding of operational risk in fintech environments

Strategic mindset with infrastructure-level authority
Salary & Executive Compensation Structure (UAE)

Base Salary: AED 62,000 – 88,000 per month

Annual Resilience Performance Bonus: 30% – 45% of base
