🔧 Core Responsibilities

Multi-Layered Payment Architecture: Build and manage an orchestration platform for real-time payments, QR settlements, Zakat flows, and programmable subsidies within the Hajj ecosystem.

Identity-Linked Smart Wallets: Develop biometric, geo-fenced wallets linked to pilgrims’ visas, facilitating seamless halal transactions across hotels, transport, food, and healthcare sectors.

AI-Based Pilgrim Spending Analytics: Create intelligent dashboards for government and city planners based on aggregate, anonymized behavioral data—informing subsidy allocation, dynamic pricing, and vendor oversight.

Shari’ah-Compliant Embedded Credit: Launch embedded Islamic credit rails for low-income pilgrims from Africa and Southeast Asia, with built-in micro takaful, real-time Shari’ah validation, and post-Hajj settlement mechanisms.

Global HajjTech Partner Layer: Design APIs and token rails for international fintechs to integrate with Saudi’s sacred economy, enabling real-time conversion of diaspora remittances into Hajj-ready payments.
👤 Candidate Specification

12–18 years of experience in national-scale payment infrastructure, Islamic fintech, embedded finance, or pilgrimage technologies.

Experience with CBDC integration, biometric KYC, or cross-border mobile money rails.

Knowledge of Hajj logistics, religious compliance mechanisms, and ethical financial interoperability in Islamic jurisdictions.

Technical mastery of microservices architecture, payment rail latency optimization, and AI-driven transaction fraud systems.

Fluency in Arabic and English mandatory. Technical grounding in Shari’ah compliance principles highly desirable.
