This role exists to define how fintech platforms evolve over time. It is a senior product leadership position focused on long-term platform coherence, product clarity, and financial system sustainability, rather than day-to-day delivery management.

Strategic Mandate

• Define and own the long-term product vision for digital financial platforms

• Shape product portfolios across payments, accounts, and platform services

• Translate complex financial capabilities into clear, scalable product propositions

• Establish product principles that balance usability, trust, and operational resilience

• Ensure alignment between product ambition and platform capacity

Core Responsibilities

• Own product strategy from conceptual framing to scaled adoption

• Develop multi-year product roadmaps aligned with architectural realities

• Define success metrics beyond growth, including reliability, clarity, and trust

• Act as a bridge between technology, market needs, and governance expectations

• Produce executive-level strategy documents and decision briefs

Required Expertise

• Strong background in fintech product management or digital financial platforms

• Solid understanding of payments, digital accounts, and financial user journeys

• Ability to reason fluently across technical, commercial, and systemic dimensions

• Exceptional written communication and structured thinking skills

• 10–15 years in fintech or digital financial product leadership

• Experience shaping complex, multi-market platform strategies
