Role Mission

The Director of Fintech Product Innovation & Platform Growth will lead the ideation, evolution, and scaling of digital financial products built for modern users across the GCC and emerging global markets. This role blends product vision, market intelligence, and platform scalability into a single leadership mandate.

The position is fully remote, with market alignment toward Oman-based financial innovation ecosystems and cross-border fintech expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for digital financial platforms, including payments, financial management tools, and data-driven financial services.

• Own end-to-end product lifecycles from concept validation through launch and continuous optimization.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product vision aligns with platform capabilities and technical constraints.

• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, unmet user needs, and platform differentiation strategies.

• Establish product performance metrics tied to adoption, engagement, and financial sustainability.

• Guide cross-functional teams through roadmap execution and strategic prioritization.

Product & Market Expertise

• Extensive experience in fintech product management or digital financial platforms.

• Strong understanding of user experience design in regulated financial environments.

• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into intuitive digital products.

• Experience balancing innovation with operational and regulatory realities.
