Strategic Purpose

This role exists to define where fintech platforms are going, not merely how they are built. It is a senior strategic position focused on long-range platform coherence, ensuring that digital financial products evolve in a way that is scalable, intelligible, and economically sustainable.

The role operates at the intersection of technology capability, market behavior, and platform economics.

Strategic Mandate

• Define multi-year fintech platform strategy across payments, accounts, and digital services

• Shape product portfolios based on system capacity and long-term scalability

• Ensure consistency between user experience, financial logic, and platform constraints

• Evaluate emerging fintech models for structural soundness and strategic fit

• Produce clear strategic narratives for senior decision-makers

Core Responsibilities

• Own platform-level product vision and strategic positioning

• Translate abstract financial capabilities into coherent product ecosystems

• Define roadmap principles that prevent fragmentation and technical debt

• Establish success metrics beyond growth—resilience, clarity, and longevity

• Create executive-grade strategy documents and decision frameworks

Required Capabilities

• Strong background in fintech strategy, platform product leadership, or digital finance

• Deep understanding of how fintech platforms scale and fail

• Ability to reason across technical, commercial, and systemic dimensions

• Exceptional written communication and structured thinking

Ideal Candidate

• 10–15 years in fintech, platform strategy, or financial systems leadership

• Experience shaping complex, multi-product digital ecosystems

• Highly autonomous, disciplined, and comfortable in remote leadership roles
