Major Functions

• Design wealth-platform governance systems that integrate portfolio-risk transparency, investor-suitability logic, operational-resilience frameworks, and global supervisory standards.

• Develop next-generation robo-advisory models using deep-learning-based asset-allocation engines, multi-factor portfolio-optimisation algorithms, and scenario-adaptive investment logic.

• Build market-signal fusion pipelines aggregating macroeconomic data, sentiment signals, cross-asset volatility patterns, and structured alternative-data streams.

• Implement Qatar-aligned compliance overlays, data-integrity structures, and risk-calibrated operational workflows across all wealth-management touchpoints.

• Lead globally distributed data scientists, quant engineers, and digital-wealth technologists.

Required Expertise

• 12+ years in digital-wealth technology, quantitative asset-management systems, financial-AI architectures, or robo-advisory engineering.

• Strong understanding of Qatar’s financial-sector evolution, global wealth-tech regulatory frameworks, and advanced asset-allocation theory.

• Mastery in high-performance data systems, ML modelling, and portfolio-intelligence infrastructure.
