About the Role:
As a Digital Wealth Management Advisor, you will be part of a fintech-native advisory team that merges human insight with algorithm-driven portfolio construction. Your role is to work directly with high-potential and mass affluent clients through digital channels—bringing behavioral finance, real-time analytics, and tailored planning into one seamless experience. You’ll operate in a data-augmented environment with access to automated rebalancing, dynamic risk profiling, and AI-driven product curation.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with digitally onboarded clients via app-based, video, and asynchronous messaging platforms to deliver real-time, personalized wealth advice.

Leverage internal analytics tools to segment clients, identify inflection points (e.g., sudden income changes, risk score shifts), and proactively initiate planning conversations.

Provide hybrid advice across retirement planning, goal-based investing, tax efficiency, ESG integration, and digital asset exposure.

Collaborate with product teams to test and refine digital advisory features including model portfolio suggestions, auto-generated financial plans, and nudges based on user behavior.

Use CRM and behavioral insight engines to track engagement, predict churn, and implement retention strategies.

Serve as subject matter expert on algorithmic investing, digital wealth trends, and client adoption patterns.
Required Skills and Experience:

4+ years of experience in a wealth management, financial planning, or fintech advisory role.

Proven ability to deliver advice in a digital-first environment; strong preference for candidates with experience at a robo-advisor, neobank, or hybrid wealth platform.

Deep understanding of model portfolio theory, rebalancing algorithms, and tax-loss harvesting engines.

Proficient in using digital client engagement platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Intercom, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud).

CFP®, CFA®, or similar credential strongly preferred.

Comfort with APIs, client data dashboards, and interpreting machine-learning driven client profiles.
Preferred Attributes:

Familiarity with behavioral finance principles and their application in UI/UX design and digital coaching.

Experience advising clients on new asset classes including crypto, fractional shares, or alternative investments.

Ability to provide input into product development—acting as the bridge between user needs and engineering output.

Strong grasp of regulations impacting digital advice delivery (e.g., SEC Reg BI, fiduciary standards, data privacy rules).
