Join our fast-paced fintech team as a Data Analyst where you’ll dive deep into complex financial datasets, uncover actionable insights, and directly influence product decisions that impact millions of users. This role requires a sharp analytical mind with hands-on experience in financial data, risk modeling, and transaction behavior analysis. You will work closely with product managers, data engineers, and risk teams to develop data-driven strategies that optimize user experience, enhance fraud detection, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Extract, clean, and analyze large volumes of transactional and customer behavior data from multiple sources including payment systems, trading platforms, and credit bureaus.

Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators such as user acquisition cost, lifetime value, default rates, and fraud trends.

Develop predictive models to identify high-risk transactions and customer segments, collaborating with the risk and compliance teams to minimize financial losses.

Translate complex data sets into concise, actionable recommendations tailored to product, marketing, and executive teams.

Conduct A/B testing analysis to evaluate the impact of new features and marketing campaigns on user retention and revenue metrics.

Stay updated on fintech industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging data tools that can improve analytical capabilities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.

3+ years of experience analyzing financial or fintech data, ideally within payments, lending, or wealth management sectors.

Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets; experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and machine learning.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to create insightful dashboards.

Understanding of financial products, credit scoring, fraud detection, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, AML).

Proven ability to design, implement, and validate predictive models and segmentation strategies.
