Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the product strategy and innovation at the heart of our fintech company. This role demands a leader who can seamlessly blend deep financial services knowledge with cutting-edge technology insight to build products that redefine how users interact with financial ecosystems. You will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, drive cross-functional collaboration, and align product initiatives tightly with business goals in a fast-evolving regulatory environment. Your ability to anticipate market shifts, integrate compliance requirements, and deliver scalable, secure, user-centric fintech solutions will be critical to our continued growth and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategy tailored specifically for the fintech space, balancing innovation, regulatory compliance, and market needs.

• Lead end-to-end product development cycles, working closely with engineering, design, compliance, data science, and business teams to deliver secure, reliable financial products.

• Champion customer-centric design, leveraging user data and behavioral insights to continuously improve product features and user experience.

• Stay ahead of fintech trends, including emerging technologies such as blockchain, AI-driven underwriting, open banking, and digital identity verification, and incorporate relevant innovations into product roadmaps.

• Manage and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of agility, experimentation, and accountability.

• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to align product goals with business KPIs, fundraising objectives, and market expansion plans.

• Navigate complex regulatory landscapes, partnering with legal and compliance teams to ensure all product developments meet stringent financial industry standards.

• Drive partnerships and integrations with third-party fintech platforms, APIs, and data providers to enhance product capabilities and ecosystem reach.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in product leadership roles within fintech or adjacent financial services sectors, with demonstrated success in launching and scaling innovative financial products.

• Deep understanding of payment systems, digital wallets, lending platforms, wealth management technologies, or similar fintech verticals.

• Proven ability to balance product innovation with strict regulatory compliance and security requirements.

• Strong experience working with agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making.

• Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

• Technical fluency to engage with engineering teams on architecture and integrations, ideally with experience in SaaS, APIs, and cloud-native fintech platforms.

• Demonstrated success managing high-growth product teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
